No question for the week, but!!!!!!!!!!! I totally forgot to tell you this news!!!!!

Wednesday we were set up at The Garage and honestly, I don’t remember if we were busy at the moment or just distracted or what. Well, we had a to go order…. we forgot to put toppings on a burger. It went out naked. All the way to it’s destination.

What an awful surprise for the hungry recipient, right?

Instead of writing a scathing review, we received a pleasant message telling of the misfortune and we were able to make it right. Maybe not at that exact moment, but we were given a chance to apologize and make it right!!!!

It was miscommunication on our end. I said “this is done”, meaning from my part of the operation and babe took it as “it’s done” as in ready to go out the window. And it sure went out the window.

I hate it. I hate stupid mistakes. But we’re human and sometimes mistakes happen.

But I’m grateful that we were allowed to make it right instead of getting a black mark on our record. We have over two hundred reviews on social media and of those, three are negative. Two because of super busy events beyond our control and one because we left an EMPTY venue early.

We’re thankful for kind, understanding people like this. You make this job so enjoyable and make the world a better place and it also teaches us to practice patience.
